27 Marriott Hosts Iftar for Little Heroes of 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital As part of the Marriott International’s commitment to charitable endeavors and always pledging to provide hospitality more broadly beyond our own guests and to less fortunate individuals, the little heroes of the 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital were hosted in the Empress Ballroom for an evening of singing, dancing, playing and hearty eating of course. The Cairo Marriott had the immense pleasure of hosting 120 wonderful youngsters of the 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital by giving them a fun-filled evening where they could enjoy the hospitality and loving care that they so deserve. The children were given free reign to treat the spacious ballroom as their playground, frolicking and participating in a variety of children’s games before the iftar dinner. Following the generous iftar spread, the children were treated to engaging entertainment that included a live DJ, party clown and magician who performed tricks to their innocent amazement. The youngsters were also offered the chance for face painting, to whichmost of themunsurprisingly obliged! To conclude the night, General Manager of the Cairo Marriott Khaled Al Jamal presented the hospital with a cheque totaling EGP 57,357 as a donation to the hospital in the spirit of Ramadan giving. The adorable group of children left the ballroom full of cheers and smiles, as they made no mistake of their sheer enjoyment with the day’s events and food. The Cairo Marriott also awaits with the same anticipation we are certain these special children have for the next invitation, as they will again be treated to the fun-filled games and surprises along with another delicious assortment of food for them to enjoy.
