19 E L I T E MEMB E R S E V E N T Elite Members Get the Festive Season’s Five-Star Treatment T he Cairo Marriott is always looking for ways to honor its most valued and loyal guests, and the festive season proved to be no exception, as Marriott Rewards, SPG and Ritz-Carlton Rewards Elite Members were treated to a specially organized Christmas dinner to celebrate that beautiful time of year in the Palace’s lovely setting. Elite members were extended invites to a Christmas dinner at the Eugenie Salon. Elite members first enjoyed a lively cocktail reception at the Salon Royal before indulging in a specially curated assortment of seasonal dishes, delicious and impeccably presented plates from our dedicated team of chefs. Guests did not just dine on exceptional cuisine which the Cairo Marriott is well known for, but they did so amidst an entertaining ambience enlivened by the melodies of Wave live jazz band, which added to the distinct Christmas flavor by mixing in a selection of favorite Christmas tunes. During the event guests had a chance for mingling and networking, which they took advantage of to full effect. The vast ballrooms were decked out in bells and holly in traditional Christmas style, as our team of associates left no stone unturned to ensure that this event was a thoroughly enjoyable and worthwhile occasion from start to finish for our Elite members. Upon departure, Elite members were treated to secret Santa mini-bags that were full of Christmas goodies to take home to their families, and ensuring all guests left the event with something sweet and memorable. The hotel’s General Manager, Khaled Al Jamal, as well as various members of the Cairo Marriott’s management team were in attendance for the dinner.
